House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents are a two-person, married-couple role residing on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED; must be a legally married couple for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older; compliance with campus standards (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty).
