House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents (two-person, married couple) for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, health oversight (medications), transportation to activities, and lead developmental/recreational activities. After an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, they transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and training. Both spouses must complete individual applications. Must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27+, HS diploma/GED, valid US driver license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrate integrity. Responsibilities include budgeting, household reporting, chaperoning devotions to Sunday Chapel, and ensuring student wellness.
