House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couples will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and activities for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medications administration, transportation to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Chapel. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, up to three dependent children in the home, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to lead devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Chapel services.
