Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role located on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, serving 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off cycles to a placed houseparent with the same student home. Requires a married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a valid driver’s license; relocation is provided and housing, meals, and benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
