Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development-focused activities. Includes leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting responsibilities, and a pathway to a Placed Houseparent role within a single student home. Location options include Hershey, PA and Colfax, CA with relocation-supportive benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires youth-facing experience and a valid U.S. driver's license; high school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Two-person couple role
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
