House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. This Full-time Flex Houseparent role entails supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent arrangement. The two-person, married-couple position requires living in student homes, maintaining a structured, family-like environment, and upholding school policies on a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. The role involves driving duties, serving as role models, and contributing to students’ academic, emotional, and social development, with a detailed work pattern of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, plus relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits including housing, meals, insurance, retirement, paid time off, and training.
