House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents reside on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, as a Full-time Flex Houseparent pair responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, guidance, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, the role follows a 9 days on / 3 days off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home alongside the same group of students.
