Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor approximately 813 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
