Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents are needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of about 813 students, and participate in activities such as budgeting, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and can transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation is $44,768 per person, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver''s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
