Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a single student home; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person couple must complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
