House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially rotating nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent living/work arrangement with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included; on-site housing and meals provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year-marriage requirement with both spouses applying individually.
