House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time, on-campus role for married couples. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group in their own home.
