House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a work cycle of nine days on and three days off, then transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
