House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School for two-person married couples. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for about 813 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual placement into a single student-home where the couple lives and works with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and allowed up to three dependent children in the home.
