House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents at Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team for married couples living in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
