House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires being a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits available; driver’s license and ability to drive student vans required. Ability to lead Judeo-Christian chapel services is expected; proselytizing is prohibited. The role is full-time, on-campus with structured, family-like environments for student growth, and compensation is $44,768 per person annually (approx. $168k total per couple with benefits).
