House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside on-campus in student homes and, as a two-person married couple, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions into a placed Houseparent assignment with a same-group living unit. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple when including housing, meals, utilities, and benefits), comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off.
