Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus, a two-person married couple role supervising 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision/mentorship, medication administration, coordinating transportation to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
