Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, supervising medications, driving to activities, planning recreational and developmental activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. On-campus housing, full-time schedule, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Proven integrity and professionalism
