Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus for Milton Hershey School in New Brunswick, NJ. Couples reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for about 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation assistance and paid training are provided; high school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
