Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with a work cycle of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and a potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
