House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent role. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be at least 27 years old and complete individual applications.
