Job Summary
House Parents needed for a Two-person, married-couple team to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation is $44,768 per person (+ benefits) with total couple compensation around $168k. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and a two-year-married couple commitment; 27+ years old for both spouses.
