Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role while living with the same group of students; position requires two married spouses (ages 27+) who will both apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
