House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a married two-person team resides on-campus in Hershey, PA, provides daily supervision, mentorship, care, and guidance to ~813 students, manages household routines and student schedules, administers medications, drives students to activities, plans developmental and recreational activities, leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversees budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
