House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities, including medications administration, driving students to activities, scheduling, budgeting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Salary of $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and high school diploma or GED required.
