House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a steady Houseparent living with the same group of students.
