House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of ~813 students, manage routines and budgets, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, and eventually transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.). Both spouses must complete individual applications and be legally married for at least two years, with age minimums (27+), and other household/child-related constraints. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to student success. Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
