Job Summary
House Parents – Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Initially, a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Salary is $44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; two-spouse role requiring both spouses to apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
