Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent. Schedule initially is nine days on duty followed by three days off; includes on-campus housing, meals, insurance, and relocation support. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to certify for student-van driving, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
Required Qualifications

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role modeling for students
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
