House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time role for legally married couples living on campus in student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home.
