Job Summary
Two-spouse, full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring around 813 students, managing daily routines, medications, and transportation to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off cycle and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a married couple with at least two years of joint tenure; both spouses must apply individually. Relocation assistance is provided and compensation per person is $44,768 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
