Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership for devotions and chapel. The role shifts from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Two-person married couple at least two years married
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
