The couple resides in an on-campus student home and provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of about 813 students, including administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, and household reporting, with an initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning later to a placed Houseparent living with the same student home.
