House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Schedule initially consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA, covered by relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and in-person living on-campus for a two-person couple who are legally married for at least two years.
