House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide structured, family-like care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Located in Hershey, PA, the role involves daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel services, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a fixed placement with the same group of students. The two-person, married-couple position requires both spouses to complete individual applications, with relocation assistance available.
