House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students, providing daily care, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a pathway to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
