House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and, as a two-person married couple, provide care, guidance, supervision, and structured routines for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a legally married two-person team (both spouses 27+), high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited alcohol. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits are included.
