House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and training. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
