Job Summary
Two-person, fully-funded live-in Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmentally appropriate and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent who lives and works with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
