Job Summary
House Parents provide daily supervision and mentorship in on-campus student homes for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications and ensure student wellness, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and work as a two-person married couple. Initially a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home as a Placed Houseparent. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married two-person team with both spouses age 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
