House Parents responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role is a Full-time Flex Houseparent position for married couples, initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
