House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents for Milton Hershey School are Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible to placed roles. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus policies including smoke-free and weapon-free rules. The role is a two-person marital partnership; both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
