Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of ~813 students, provide medications, transportation, and organize activities, devotions, and Chapel attendance; starting with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and on-campus housing.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
