House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Married couples are sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, duties cover nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home.
