Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, transporting to activities, planning developmental and recreational engagements, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing household operations and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across student homes and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
