Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent while maintaining a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development. The role features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and paid training offered; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits.
