Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for pre-K through 12th-grade students while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support for academic, social, and emotional development, coordinating routines, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with teachers and administrators regarding student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and empowered.
