House Parents

Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for a diverse group of students on campus. Provide daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support while modeling positive behavior and strong character. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation to school activities, appointments, and events. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and support staff regarding student needs, achievements, and educational progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
