Job Summary
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment for diverse students on campus, providing daily supervision, guidance, and emotional support. Coordinate routines, homework time, meals, chores, recreation, and transportation for school activities and appointments. Reinforce study habits, encourage extracurricular participation, and communicate regularly with school personnel regarding student needs and achievements. Maintain a well-organized and clean home, administer basic health and safety procedures, and document student incidents and progress. Participate in ongoing training and professional development while modeling positive behavior and strong character. This full-time residential role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
